Many students have ventured home for the coming three day weekend. But for those remaining here at GW, that love-to-hate-it holiday known as Valentine's Day could ruin an otherwise perfectly good weekend. Thankfully, WRGW has your weekend round-up for Valentine's Day at GW.
Allied in Pride threw their Marriage Equality Celebration today from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in U Yard, featuring free food and fake marriages.
Some attended the midnight screening last night of the film "Valentine's Day," starring some of today's - and yesterday's - hottest stars. You can still catch that movie in Georgetown and other DC area theatres all weekend.
DC is even throwing its own scavenger hunt this Sunday, starting at 11:30 at the Ben & Jerry's at the Old Post Office Pavilion.
Having a three day weekend should give all of you lovers - and singles - time to explore DC. Just remember to be safe and have fun!
