A Hazardous Materials incident, which occured at the GW Health and Wellness Center, left one as-of-yet-unidentified victim injured, according to the DC Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency.
The HazMat incident was attributed to a chlorine leak involving the pool, and the HSEMA says that the incident was contained. Some roads were closed temporarily as part of the quick-response to the incident.
A spokesperson for the GW Hospital say they have no records of an admittance of said victim.
